Returns & Exchanges



We will gladly accept returns on non-sale merchandise within 30 days of order delivery date for store credit or refund. Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a free return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Sale items and/or reduced merchandise
  • Used products
  • Personal care items

To complete your return, please send an email to, state which item you are returning and why, and we'll send you a return shipping label free of charge. If possible, please include your order number to help us expedite your return. 


Items that are defective or damaged in transit may be exchanged. Please email customer service at . We will process your return and email you a return shipping label.


Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your item has been received, and whether or not we can accept your return based on terms above.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank statement or credit card company as it often take a few days for funds to reverse. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at .
